Patrick is unlike so many other contractors in his field. He's an expert in fiber optic installation, has a tremendous work ethic and meets or exceeds expected deadlines. What sets Patrick apart from other fiber optic contractors I've worked for is his work ethic. He shows up on time, understands expectation and then delivers a quality finished product with appropriate documentation. Over the past several years I've hired him for several jobs both big and small. He stands by his work and I will definitely hire him again for my next big project.

Patrick Trotter successfully acquires the permits/franchises needed to install utilities within the Washington State right of way. I have observed Noel Communications on numerous work sites and found they run a professional work crew installing fiber optics.
