  I coach Highschool athletes, and an important part of this is mentoring life skills to help them deal with being student athletes, and hopefully imbibe positive traits for the rest of their lives.. I help formulate and develop training programs both for certain sport skills, as well as programs for the development of general and sport specific fitness for the specific event/events.
