I negotiate and dialogue with municipal staff to identify, secure and develop the site. As part of the Real Estate and Forward Planning team we explore and seek out opportunities to partner with cities to integrate their existing programs and develop their unused parcels of land. I partner with cities and various municipalities to acquire and/or purchase underutilized and/or vacant parcels of land. Moreover, as part of my core functions I identify, harvest and maintain governmental relationships. Locally and regionally I'm the primary liaison for elected officials and their staff as it relates to Habitat LA's projects, goals and initiatives.
