At Provisur Patrick became the supervisor of the engineering department. Patrick is a very motivated and dedicated person and will do anything to improve the quality of the department, the workflow through the whole company and the development of his personnel. He will always have your back and takes responsibility for his actions. At Provisur he was always thinking outside of the box and improved the workflow between engineering and work preparation. He didn’t stop there. During the time we switched from a full-production company to a semi-manufactured company, work preparation had to make allot more steps. Patrick helped to automate these steps with the result that the errors during the process were reduced and the throughput time was shortened.
