I am currently involved in a research project on the effects of maternal endocrine disrupter chemical bisphenol A on the development of inflammation, hypertension and cardiovascular disease in the offspring. Specifically, I am studying the protein expression of markers of inflammation (TNFα), macrophages (CD68) and inflammatory pathways (pNF-kB) in liver and fat.
