I am currently the Project Administrator and Document Control specialist for a large engineering project. Work includes monitoring deliverable and schedule milestones, creating a document management system for all project documents, coordinating meeting schedules, hosting phone and video conferences, and drafting and coordinating all communication between ourselves and the customer. In charge of submitting all deliverables to the client, formatting, editing, and finalizing all documents for submission, and distributing all documents submitted by the client to project staff. Also assist the project manager in any way needed. I have done extensive proposal work. Tech editor for final proposals using Microsoft Word: setting up templates, compiling inputs from authors, and formatting the document. Served as proposal coordinator, ensuring submissions are thorough, correct, and on time. Used Excel to compile labor estimates and come up with cost estimates. Past proposal efforts required travelling to be a part of proposal teams, with stays of up to 5 weeks in order to get the job done. Have done some very basic work with Google Sketch-Up and SolidWorks to assist with graphics and drawing needs. I serve as the office’s Coordinator for all ES&H, Training, and Records Keeping activities. I wrote the current Campbell Office ES&H Manual. I maintain the Campbell QA Training Database and manage employee QA requirements. I am in charge of our legacy records for past/current projects. As part of records, I have assisted in the review, categorization, cataloging, and disposition of confidential and sensitive company records. Other tasks include correctly coding and forwarding invoices for AP, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, filing employee expense reports, answering phones and directing calls, greeting visitors at the front desk, assisting coworkers with travel arrangements using the company travel agency, and anything else required of me as it arises.
