Serving as Director of Finance the roles were comprehensive. Managed the day-to-day management and reporting of more than $15 billion in state assets and investments, directly managed the Treasury's Information Technology (IT) department, and served as overall Project Manager to include oversight of the RFP process for the Office.Key accomplishments included:- leading an excellent team at the Treasury, assets under management rose 5.51% over a two-year period from $14.5B to $15.4B-calculated historical cash flow requirements spanning 10 years, in 18 different investment pools to understand cash flow timing for investment decisions-comprehensive accounting process review in banking resulting in the introduction of technological solutions that reconciled multi-year outstanding discrepancies in balance sheet accounts against the State's ERP (AFIS) system-Updated new procurement documentation and protocols, and wrote the Request for Proposals for the Master Custodial Services ($15B), External Investment Management Services ($300M), and General Ledger Modernization RFP to replace the office's internal general ledger software

Responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting and reporting, budgeting and finance structuring. Led the strategic management of our portfolio of properties and oversight of our business plan for each property to include property acquisition, ownership activity and disposition. Worked side-by-side with the entire financial team, and led the management of the investment bank relationships. Appointed the President of the Plaza Del Lago Professional Owner’s Association in 2015, a property of the portfolio, overseeing both the Board and property management for the facility.
