To say Patrick Pettit is a professional is an understatement. He is a Class Act. If I ever have an opportunity to work for Patrick again, I wouldn't have to think twice. Few people have the privilege to work for a General Manager who is a coach, mentor and friend. Patrick is all of those. He is a strong leader who is not afraid to take risks and not one to rush to a decision. He is methodical in every move he makes and quick to implement those decisions. Working at a large club with over 250 employees and 2,000+ family memberships, things are bound to get a bit crazy at times. Patrick has a very calming way of handling even the most chaotic of situations. He creates relationships with every single one of his staff members, a true honest concern for each of them. In return, those employees are willing to come to his side anytime he asked. Patrick created a sense of pride at the club among staff and members alike. Patrick is passionate about his clubs, his industry and his people. He is hardworking and determined. Over my many years in the private club industry, I can say Patrick ranks among the elite of General Managers.
