From a financial reporting perspective, I lead the annual audits for any number of projects for both partners and projects, conducted by an independent accounting firm, and manage the annual filings of Federal and State tax returns for over 45+ entities. Oversee the day to day accounting for numerous ongoing projects. Through regular interaction with the Partners, I provide insight and prepare financial analysis that enable the company to focus on its development activities. HR & Risk Management This role is largely focused on enhancing the HR function and mitigating risk across the organization.
