• Live Best is an extension of the Designer Planning brand and is a new division which I have built from the ground up. It offers a bespoke and premium level of building design and caters for builders and their clients undertaking high end renovation, extension and new build projects across SEQLD. • I was seconded to Raise My House for 6 months to look for new ways to grow and improve the marketing, sales and operations. During this time I created a new service offering, launched a new campaign linked to Govt funding, implemented an online safety app, created video processes and introducing new online and physical marketing campaigns to scale the growth and keep the brand prominent as the best house raise company in QLD.



• I co established Mentally Well Workplaces to provide online mental health eLearning, resources and training to employees across Australia. We developed the World's first online Mental Health Induction (eLearning course) for employees across the Globe. We also provide accredited Mental Health First Aid training and Mental Health Workshops for businesses across Australia and more recently partnered with Deakin University to roll out the 'Counting on U' program which provided online MHFA to over 5000 financial professionals across Australia. • I co-established the Career Development Centre which quickly became QLD’s busiest Mental Health First Aid training company and one of Australia’s premier providers of accredited Career Development courses. Mentally Well Workplaces is a sub division of CDC, and is the home of Australia’s first Workplace Mental Health Induction & provider of corporate mental health programs.



• I created a niche digital marketing agency which provided personalised digital consulting and strategy for a range of large, medium and small businesses across Australia. This included implementing, managing and reporting on digital strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Video, Podcasting, Lead nurturing, Wordpress, Shopify and many more types of platform and software.



• As a digital sales leader it was my responsibility to train existing print sales staff about News Corp’s new Digital Advertising product suite and mentor them on how to create digital strategies and close sales. I was responsible for the digital leadership of sales reps in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and North QLD & ensure they become digitally educated in order to sell the full suite of new products available.
