Our team developed two integrated space-qualified payloads, which are set to launch in early 2024.As a systems engineer, I played a role in the planning and execution of the robotic arm and payload missions, contributing to the development of reports and applications for the Australian Space Agency Phase A/B Moon to Mars Demonstrator Mission.I also conducted thermal and vibrational simulations for the space environment to support the operation of a robotic arm.   As electronics lead, I worked on the control, communication, power, and propulsion systems of the University of Sydney Design Build Fly teams aircraft. This included selecting and optimising propulsion configurations as well as helping develop the aircraft conceptual design and utilising performance analysis tools. Working as the electronics lead challenging me to learn about RC aircraft control systems and I have since passed on that knowledge to new DBF members.
