As Midwest's E-Resources Coordinator, one of my primary functions is our eCommerce site. Pat has been a true Champion in helping us to promote our site and educate customers on best practices for using our site. And it has been extremely helpful to have Pat's input and feedback from out in the field. Pat does not hesitate to let us know when something is amiss, but he is also quick to report successes. This balance proves very useful in growing and improving our E-Store processes. Pat has also proven to be a valuable and consistent leader in terms of assisting others - both our customers and other Midwest employees - with using our E-Store. He understands the customer-facing elements of our site, and he also recognizes the behind-the-scenes business fundamentals of the site.
