I have had the luck to have Patrick as my manager for many years. He has always shown genuine interest in the localization's team wellbeing and progress. Patrick has always believed in me and in the success of my projects and has pushed me out of my comfort zone to reach higher levels in my career path. Not only Patrick is a great leader and mentor, he is also very knowledgable and passionate about the Localization industry, he has built translation workflows and teams from the ground up and has driven major global efforts when we worked together at Eventbrite. I consider myself lucky for having built a relationship with Patrick that goes beyond our work connection and that we can still share experiences about the latest trends in the multilingual industry.

Patrick is an exceptional manager and mentor who truly cares about the growth and success of his team. He has shown me and others in the company kindness, respect, and a genuine desire to help us achieve our goals. For instance, when I was working on launching Spanish in the US, Patrick provided me with valuable guidance and support, which helped me succeed. Patrick is a natural leader who inspires and motivates his team to do their best work. He leads by example, setting high standards for himself and others, and creating a positive and supportive work culture. His impact on the company has been significant, as he has built the Localization area at Eventbrite from scratch and helped to improve processes and implement new initiatives that have contributed to our growth and success. In addition to his excellent leadership and management skills, Patrick is an incredible mentor. He is passionate about his work and encourages his team to find their own path and develop their skills. His open and approachable demeanor makes him highly respected throughout the company. I can confidently say that Patrick is the best boss I have ever had, and I feel lucky to have him as a mentor and colleague.
