  Since beginning full-time, my role has continued to grow and evolve. I am now in charge of planning, scheduling, and budgeting all tradeshows and events. This includes gathering all tradeshow materials, shipping them out, and managing inventory levels as well. I have also begun to assist in RFP documents by helping put them together and shipping them to the prospects. My last, new duty is working with our business analytics. I look at different modules and sales to better predict which prospects are more likely to to be in the market for which product. I use these findings to assist or sales department.In addition to my new duties, I still handle many of the tasks from my internship below such as email drafting, creative brainstorming, lead conversion, and data scrubbing.   In this role, I have created email campaigns in Pardot, generated and converted leads, and identified potential markets. I have also created our inventory tracking system for the marketing department. The email campaigns include drafting emails through the use of templates and HTML to increase engagement, scheduling automation, and processing responses.I also work closely with a team to generate new creative content such as website designs, giveaway items, and client outreach.   I began as a student worker in the office of academic advising in 2019. My daily duties included answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and copying and scanning documents. I was then given the opportunity to oversee the placement testing of incoming students. I was in charge of managing the lines of communication between prospective students and the University in regards to testing, via email and phone. This included outreach programs designed to have students efficiently complete testing prior to each of their registration dates. I also scheduled testing dates, reserved rooms, and completed all data entries for these students. I also compiled testing data and scores to provide evidence for the need of a testing center on campus and make recommendations for potential students testing requirements. Show less
