I am responsible to implement standard operating procedures, training and induction to new staff.I supervise all aspects of production and operation of some of the main areas of the company which are Slicing, Dicing and Stick cuts of several types of products, also Chilling, Packing and Labelling. My role involves managing the daily tasks of operatives on shift to keep the production on schedule.I am responsible to take action on urgent issues related to health & safety, quality and equipment.I participate in production scheduling, planning and advice on achieving output targets and maintain traceability of all finished products.I am responsible for verifying the accuracy of record process parameters while monitoring and reporting non-conformances of products. I maintain daily verification and compliance of ISO Quality Management System, Standard Operations Procedures and HACCP.I actively work with production and packing area to improve productivity, monitor and reduce losses. I also provide accurate reports on Key Performance Indicators on a daily basis to all Management. I maintain effective communication with all Management of the company supporting the operations of the production lines.
