Implemented “Any five of seven” scheduling in these departments to eliminate excess overtime. Designed automated systems for film processing machine to provide touchscreen operator interface, and to control developer temperature, chemical replenishment, and dry box temperature and humidity. Upgraded developer temperature control system to control within 0.1 °F (a 50% improvement). Project manager on film cleaner replacement and solvent recovery systems that paid for themselves in 18 months and provided ongoing savings of approximately $150,000 per year. Show less
