Started in cycle fill, trained with auto sealers, machine packing, new inventory techniques, and LTC Labelling methods. Moved into the front end of the pharmacy, and trained on Docutrack and Frameworks LTC, I would consider myself fluent in both. Particularly well-versed in working in an understaffed and fast-paced environment. Spent 6 months learning, got Certified, worked quickly and efficiently to the point where the senior-most technicians of other stores would call asking for my advice on everything from Medicare Part B regulations to inventory guidelines. Again, no customer walked away unhappy from my counter, except for the ones with fake prescriptions.
