  As COO of BattlBox, Patrick is responsible for a comprehensive array of administrative services and operations overseeing all activities pertaining to communications, information technology, human resources, recruiting and hiring, facilities management, legal affairs and other foundation operations that are required to effectively and efficiently support the organization’s programs, research and development. As the COO Patrick is responsible for organizing, operating, and staffing all operations within the Facilities Department. In conjunction with the CEO, Patrick is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the annual budget. In collaboration with CEO, Patrick plans and coordinates financial and business planning, and execute the annual budget process as relevant to all operational and administrative aspects of the organization. Along with the CEO, Patrick develops a strategic plan, to create, develop and execute the business plan for BattlBox, in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the functions Within the Facilities Department of operations; Patrick directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the BattlBox business plan by leading and directing directs business units: operations, human resources, information systems, traffic, new business coordination, and agency promotion and communication.
