  ImmersiveTouch is a VR-based company that assists surgeons with surgical planning and creating surgical simulations for residents. • Identify impactful case scenarios that resonate with other surgeons• Analyze data and feedback from customers to understand the effectiveness of our products and what areas can be improved on• Report to sales team and management customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to allow sales team to tailor each potential sales opportunity• Attend conventions and gather customer focused feedback about improvements needed and about how ImmersiveTouch’s products are being utilized• Attend surgeries to watch how the surgeon utilizes the products and see what modifications may be needed to increase surgeon approval• Deeply involved with placing simulators and our medical devices into hospitals and the operating room• Develop, lead, and assist in training workshops for employees, surgeons, surgical reps, and other clients on an as-needed basis• Have confidently delivered numerous presentations and conducted demos to prospective surgeons, clients, reps, potential management, and investors• Work alongside developers in a team-centric, high-collaboration environment to ensure surgeon needs are understood and what the developers can do that may help satisfy a surgeon or customers request• Responsible for training new users and installing medical devices at new customer sites. • Deeply involved with the implementation of traceability to track patient specific products throughout development and ensure HIPAA regulations are maintained• Directly oversaw the creation and implementation of ImmersiveTouch’s QMS, FDA 510K applications, HIPAA regulations, and on-going ISO certification• Collaborate in the review process for any new VR/AR products that come on to the market to help ImmersiveTouch be innovative and a step ahead of the competition
