IFRAD supports early stage entrepreneurs to start, expand and grow business. We implement a private sector led model centred around returning power to marginalized women youth and communities to lead their own development. We do this through a community based training and mentorship experience focusing on three areas 1) Economic empowerment 2) Private-Sector organizing and 3) Community led advocacy aimed at local and national systems change.
