I had the pleasure of working with Patrick at YMCA Camp Cory during the summers of 2016, 2017 and 2018. Working at an overnight summer camp takes patience, grit, organization, flexibility and enthusiasm. Patrick Jones embodies all of those qualities. I watched him move up the ranks year after year. Patrick took on each new position with poise - he was a role model to campers and staff alike. I could always count on Patrick if I ever needed to talk through anything - from creative ideas to the more complex problems that would come up throughout the summer. I worked with Patrick as his supervisor and his peer. I cannot recommend Patrick enough and I can say with the utmost confidence that he will continue to excel throughout his career.

Patrick has the most innate leadership skill of anyone I have ever met. His attention to detail, kindness toward everyone (even those that may not deserve it) and professionalism have made people flock to him for guidance and support. Patrick is constantly given extra responsibility by peers and supervisors because there is no doubt he would be able to handle any task and any amount of tasks given to him. I would trust him with any job, but especially one that includes organization and working with other people.
