It is rare to find a complex continuous manufacturing site where the stated corporate values relating to team work, employee empowerment and employee involvement are matched by what is practiced. Patrick has lead and managed an autonomous site which can truly be held up as an exemplar for others to aspire to. In the unique culture that Patrick has nurtured, it is common for team members to volunteer to work outside their role boundaries. When operational problems arise or when high priority maintenance is the critical business activity, employees band together, sharing knowledge, ideas and muscle power. Creating and maintaining such a culture does not happen by chance. Effort, focus, and commitment are key ingredients. Deviations from expected behaviours must be addressed. Patrick has provided this leadership. He knows, and has demonstrated how it is done.

Patrick is a seasoned senior manager with the ability to manage large scale manufacturing sites. Patrick is a great person who I found very easy to work with.
