      I was an integral part of Bird’s Eye Medical’s launch and development as a turnkey Covid relief company. My primary functions are to develop new initiatives with government partners, negotiate and manage contracts, lead staff organization, supervise directors and CFO, and am responsible for the oversight of all other tasks necessary to effectively, equitably, and safely run a Covid-19 company.- Collaborate with WA State and County departments of health to create, plan, and execute all phases of Covid-19 vaccination delivery - Our teams have participated in the administration of over 180,000 Covid-19 vaccinations - Hosted over 600 Covid-19 mobile pop-up vaccination clinics in coordination with over 100 community-based organizations with a focus on equity and access. - Plan and deliver covid relief initiatives for testing, including a collaborative project with the Puyallup Tribe and Pierce County Emergency Management. - Initiate and facilitate the development of a comprehensive Covid-19 treatment program to fill gaps in the traditional healthcare system, including a collaborative body of work with the WA DOH to provide a telehealth provider visits as an integral part of the test-to-treat initiative, monoclonal antibody administration, Covid-19 outbreak response that integrates testing and treatment, and partnering with the State’s most premier healthcare systems to host Evusheld administration clinics for immunocompromised patients. - Develop partnerships with various stakeholders to increase vaccination rates in Kenya, including PATH, AMREF, and CHAI. The focus is been on mobile Covid-19 vaccination clinics as well as developing increased opportunities for collaboration between existing partners already working in the region. These efforts are on track to complete 30,000 Covid-19 vaccinations.
