  As Commercial director I am responsible for ensuring the appropriate commercial structure exists within Elekta Service business to support strong revenue growth. I work closely with sales, marketing, product portfolio and Elekta's regional Service organisations to ensure that all procedures, authorisation structures, skills, sales tools and collateral are in place to ensure effect and profitable selling of ElektaCare service contracts and services.My main focus is in revenue growth by increasing service contract penetration, upselling of optional service contract modules and increasing product upgrades sold through Service contracts across the whole of Elekta's product portfolio and across all regions. In order to achieve this aim I have spent the past 18 months leading a project to develop, implement and train a global Service Sales process. This activity is designed to drive higher on time renewal & warranty conversion and enable upsell / crossell and win back activities for all our annual and multiyear contracts. The scope of the project ranges from financial forecasting for Service bookings , Service sales process, governance around contacting of customers & quoting to the creation of Service contracts and BI reporting tools.
