PAUL FERRARI

Patrick is one of the best Electrical and Controls engineers that I have ever worked with. He has a deep knowledge of all motion systems, he has designed from the bottom up several complete electrical systems for multi million dollar semiconductor machines. I am constantly amazed at how broad and deep his knowledge is in all Electrical and Control areas. He designs high voltage systems, safety systems, DC systems, motion control from large systems to nano-meter piezoelectric,PCB Design layout and FW. He is an inspirational manager, developing high level concepts then mentoring his team to execute the designs, and never afraid of working directly with production to diagnose issues. He is constantly innovating, motivational and a true pleasure to work with.

Working with Patrick at Tamarack was one of the easiest parts of my job as Program Manager. If I gave him a task, it got done, period. He is one of those engineers that truly loves his job and is dedicated to making th organization successful.
