Senior airworthiness knowledge presently being applied across the entire USCG aeronautical engineering enterprise within the Engineering Services Division at the Aviation Logistics Center. Assigned the lead on performing thermal analysis on MH-65 aircraft following Class A Mishap. Spearheaded complex tail gearbox test stand with NAVAIR support to identify safe life of critical bearing. Led initiative to author new ALC policy for additively manufacturing aircraft parts and advancing Cold Spray additive processes to recover critical components. Revamping current ALC process for addressing MRS Product Line Durability and Damage Tolerance processes for the USCG's Medium Range Surveillance assets. Supporting the Short Range Recovery (SRR) Product Line's challenges to provide sustaining support for the MH-65D/E to achieve a sun down of the 100 assets in 2037. Show less
