Implemented a corporate reorganization, improved operational performance and achieved positive EBITDA for the first time in company history, enabling Globix to be relisted on the AMEX. Advised the Board of Directors and major investors, and assisted the Board in recruiting and hiring an Executive Chairman. • Motient Corporation - Chief Restructuring Officer – Motient (Terrestar Networks) was a publicly traded national wireless data carrier. As CRO, advised the Board of Directors, directed the company’s operational activities, and executed a restructuring plan, replacing senior management. Achieved major improvements to cash flow and reduced liabilities, enabling $500M+ in new equity, and an eventual asset sale to DISH.• Fiber-Span, Inc. – Board of Directors - Assisted senior lenders in diligence and funding of Fiber-Span and served on its Board of Directors.
