Los Angeles, California, United States Currently an undergraduate researcher at the Structures-Computer Interaction Lab at UCLA. Spearheaded GNSS development for the lab’s robot, capable of weed detection and crop-phenotyping. Worked with real-time kinematic GNSS receivers and achieved centimeter-level fixes and positional accuracy for precise robot navigation in a large agricultural environment. Further wrote a ROS2 driver to acquire GNSS and satellite data. Worked with real-time kinematic GNSS receivers and achieved centimeter-level fixes and positional accuracy for precise robot navigation in a large agricultural environment. Further wrote a ROS2 driver to acquire GNSS and satellite data. Working on designing an end-to-end pipeline that farmers can use to create unique waypoints for our robots to follow. Used C++/ROS2 to develop and integrate into our robot a Model Predictive Control(MPC) architecture for basic, optimized autonomous navigation and pathfinding. Using OpenCV to identify camera distortion and perspective warp. Show less

Watervliet, New York, United States Worked as an intern at the Watervliet Arsenal for two summers. One of two people spearheading file backups for the Arsenal. Wrote shell scripts to recursively loop through files, extracting certain information for backups and archival. The MII data reports that are used by Arsenal OD were developed over a period of 6 years with a variety of components and controls some of which are now outdated. Cleaned up Javascript codebase for 15 of these reports, bringing them all up to current standards… Show more Worked as an intern at the Watervliet Arsenal for two summers. The MII data reports that are used by Arsenal OD were developed over a period of 6 years with a variety of components and controls some of which are now outdated. Cleaned up Javascript codebase for 15 of these reports, bringing them all up to current standards, streamlining code for improved editability and optimizing them for quicker and more reliable performance and readability. Programs used include SAP SDK, MDX queries, and Power BI. Show less

Albany, New York, United States Worked with Dr. Ming-Ching Chang at the UAlbany Computer Vision and Machine Learning Laboratory to train multiple Convolutional Neural Networks for bounding-boxed, masked, multi-class classification using Python. Helped to annotate ground truth images with bounding boxes to provide proper input data with Python. Organized and relabeled the Google Open Images Dataset, Microsoft COCO Dataset, and the PASCAL VOC Dataset for YOLOv5 detection of natural and military objects. Analyzed these datasets… Show more Worked with Dr. Ming-Ching Chang at the UAlbany Computer Vision and Machine Learning Laboratory to train multiple Convolutional Neural Networks for bounding-boxed, masked, multi-class classification using Python.
