• Worked on all phases of development and planned out, designed, and implemented large-scale event-based architectures, as well as provided Architecture decisions for all new features and product enhancements across all systems. • Produced software for clients in the Real Estate, Mortgage, and Insurance industries that had a large impact by servicing 3 out of 3 every 4 loans, 1 out of every 3 rental properties, and 70% of homeowner property insurances. • Interviewed potential new Developers and made hiring decisions, as well as mentored and trained all new Developers on the development environments, products, applications, and architecture. • Designed and implemented Version 1 of the new Virtual Inspection product which accumulated data and images from various data sources into 1 report, allowing Insurance Carriers to make underwriting decisions without a physical inspection. • Wrote PBAce, a tablet PC application that connected with ACE3, FEMA's Disaster Inspection Application and supported updating the Quality Assurance rules database for ACE3 remotely, eliminating the previous requirement of support staff touching each tablet. • Supplied FEMA inspectors with an interface to associate photos with each disaster inspection through PBAce, which has been in service since Hurricane Dennis in July 2005, and has been used by as many as 2,000 simultaneous users uploading over 1.2MM inspections. • Developed Risk Manager, a web-based Home Inspection fulfillment system for order creation, delivery, and completion, which allowed Insurance companies to work with Home Inspection companies to gather information for homeowner insurance policy writing. • Used Oracle 11.2.04 as the database for Risk Manager, as well as a mixture of TCL, ADP, HTML, XML, and Java as the application languages for the web site.
