Patrick is a one of a kind. He's contributed to every major technology shift that Sprint/T-Mobile has been through over the last 3 decades. In addition to all of that experience, he has a rare blend of skills ideally suited to Project Management. He can seamlessly shift from jovial and encouraging when a project is on track to direct and no-nonsense when a project has gotten off track. He can hold peers accountable on deliverables while not being demeaning or aggressive. And he has an uncanny ability to quickly understand process flow and how to navigate large corporate machines to get work done in the right ways. He's a joy to work with and I can't recommend him enough.
