In het fusieproces van T-Mobile en Tele2 moesten ruim 100k mobiele aansluitingen van grootzakelijke klanten worden overgezet van Tele2 naar T-Mobile. Omdat T-Mobile gewend is om iedere klant warm welkom te heten, gold dit ook voor de grootzakelijke klanten van Tele2. Zij werden allemaal persoonlijk begeleid door een projectmanager van T-Mobile, die zorgde voor een vlekkeloze overgang van alle - soms duizenden - aansluitingen. Patrick was één van deze projectmanagers. Patrick heeft bewezen dat hij zéér snel ingewerkt is op een nieuwe opdracht, in een nieuwe branche en in een nieuwe rol, zelfs in de uitzonderlijke situatie dat alles als gevolg van Covid-19 op afstand moe(s)t. Hij heeft overzicht over zijn projecten, werkt nauwkeurig, snel en klantvriendelijk en laat zich niet uit het veld slaan door tegenslag. Hij pakt aan wat er aangepakt moet worden en meer, zowel binnen als buiten zijn rol, en snapt snel hoe een organisatie in elkaar zit en hoe hij dingen gedaan krijgt. Ik ben blij dat Patrick in een zeer drukke en uitzonderlijke tijd en in een groot migratieproject onderdeel van mijn team is geweest. Patrick, dankjewel voor je inzet in mijn team! Jammer dat ik je weer heb moeten laten gaan na afronding van de migraties. Ik hoop in de toekomst nog eens met je samen te werken.
