Pat is an outstanding collaborator, teammate and all around great person. As a programmer, her attention to detail, and ability to transform an original web design and manage to develop the functionality on the site’s back end is a project manager and designers’ dream. As a teammate she is hardworking, thorough and helpful; a silent leader. The quality that stands out most in working with Pat is that she takes pride in her work. I have found that if there is something she isn't familiar with, she will do thorough research so its done correctly. Pat is a stellar person and given the chance, I would cooperate with Pat on a web project in a heartbeat.

I have worked with Pat at two previous employers and worked directlly for her when I was the Senior Website Coordinator at Merit. As a supervisor, she was fair, honest and dedicated to helping me reach my goals and open to process improvement suggestions. One of my significant accomplishments was due to her encouragement. As a colleague, she was a valued team player, dedicated to completing her projects within deadline with a quality and detail oriented mindset. I recommend Pat and would be happy to work with her again.
