Patricia was always there when her clients needed her and so was she when the hotels did ! I had the chance to work with her on a global lever within Hyatt Sales Force but also on the hotel side at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. And let me tell you that she knows her clients well and has developed a real and trustful connection with them. She was always giving great advice on how to deal with particularly tricky situations and complications. To the point that all the issues were solved before becoming real problems for one hotel or for the whole Hyatt group. I definitely recommend Patricia and would love to work with her again, within Hyatt or any other brand !
