I worked with Trisha at Farnell Element 14 for 9 months. I was hired there on the temporary position as an internal recruiter. It was a very challenging time in te company, as there were internal changes. Some roles were to be taken back to the countries (as for instance to Germany and France) and new people were to be hired in the Krakow centre, mostly with central and Eastern European languages. It was a very stressful job, I was responsible for the recruitment in 5 counries and was among people who were about to lose their jobs and very demanding Hiring Managers, but I learned a lot during this time. I have learned a lot from Trisha. She was for me there to talk, each time I needed it, at the same time she is leaving freedom to the people who are reporting to her and allow them to organize their work themselves which is always very important for me. I am not able to work with managers who do micromanagemt and Trisha is not one of them. She helps and support but doesn't control when it isn't needed. And I do really appreciate it.

Working with Trisha over the years has been an absolute pleasure As someone who is highly skilled at identifying top talent Trisha has always been able to source fantastic candidates directly, however when needing recruitment support is able to deliver clear concise briefs around what is best for the business. Regularly contactable and well respected internally she is able to give valuable feedback throughout the recruitment cycle and someone who although is flexible in expectations will not shy away delivering a tough message if she feels she is not getting the best service possible. Overall a fantastic experience dealing with Trisha over the years and I hope we can continue that in the future.

Patricia worked for a team of senior executives whilst we were recruiting for Farnell element 14 Krakow European service centre. The role required at pace finding and hiring people from all over Europe with multiple language and commercial skills to support our key Tele-Marketing and Sales centre. Her ability to spot raw talent was unrivalled, and she also prepared and managed a highly effective recruitment days over a 180 day period. This was followed by supporting detailed training support to successful candidates and continuing to provide a ongoing pipeline of talent.
