Patricia is wonderful to work with, she is best at remaining calm under pressure. She has a positive attitude and very determined about her work. She is well organised, friendly and a fast learner. All these attributes and qualities are need when working in early years setting. I really enjoyed working with her at Little Garden Day Nursery. She excels in every role and a wonderful asset to the team.

Patricia is a very calm and caring person I know because I worked with her almost two years, we both worked in toddler room and she is organised in many ways , for example, she was making sure children are doing activities, looking after children’s needs, delegating staff with their duties, supervising children with their daily routines, doing all the necessary paperwork, such as risk assessments, observations, reports, making displays, attending open days every month. Then she was promoted to be a room leader in pr-school room. I am positive that one day she will be a manager.
