  As a Program Director of children's Services I am resposable to manage and oversee St. Augustine College Development Centers in four locations. The Director's function will include supervising teachers, Assistan Director and staff members as deemed necessary. On-going reviews, evaluation and development of the Child Developent Centers to ensure continues quality services. Review lesson planning, hire and train pre-school teachers on Creative Curriculum and job responsabilities. Schedule annual trainings, update manual and enrollment forms. Prepare and manage Child Development budget. Assure that all Child Care departments are equipped with materials and supplies. Also, monitor staff files.

  As a program Director I was responsible for managing Federal and State and City grants and other funding sources. As the program Director I manage and oversee the three Head Start programs and the four Child Development Centers. The Director's function will include supervising the site directors, coordinators, and other staff member as deemed necessary. Oversee renewal of state and city licenses; renewal of the Illinois State Board of Education, Child and Adult Care Food Program; and oversee Program Accreditations. On-going reviews, evaluation and development of the Head Start program and Child Development Centers to ensure continues quality services. Manage and ensure the implementation of the social services, parent involvement, health, disability and educational component.
