Pat was one of the initial organization and management hires for Advanced C4 Solutions. My position was mainly as pre Board of Directors mentor of the new start up. Crucial to the success at early stages of formation, we needed an office manager who could comofrtably handle daily operations and human resources. Pat was instrumental in helping that process and counted on to be autonomous and productive. Ten years later the company is now very well established and has a superior reputation in our business field. With over 250 employees world wide, the current reputation was cemented with solid processes and practices established by Pat's work.
