I have worked on the ESF funded Family Foundations Programme since it was established in 2015. I was initially employed as Family Liaison Officer in Newry and had the priviledge of supporting many individuals and families to overcome barriers and work towards reaching their full potential. I went on to work as the FLO Team Lead for the NMD Council area within the programme and have recently been promoted as the Programmes Family & Support Co-Ordinator. Delighted this fantastic Programme has received funding for another four years!
