Patty is a an asset to any corporation with her likable personality and natural ability to connect with both her clients and her team on a personal level. She is hard-working and dedicated to all the priorities in her life: family, education, and a professional career. Balancing these things obviously requires excellent time management and cannot be an easy feat, but she manages it all so seemingly effortlessly that it leads others to wonder how it is even possible. She believes that leaders should serve their team members and made us feel like we each had a close personal relationship with her, while simultaneously implementing effective leadership practices to help us achieve sales targets. I would recommend her style of leadership as necessary to the success of any sales team and expect to see her in her dream role as the VP someday.
