  As a Circuit Rider I will travel throughout Pennsylvania working to build capacity with school leaders to advocated for change in school funding at the state level. We are funded by the William Penn Foundation and are a part of a broad based coalition of 35 organizations - including PASBO, PSBA, PASA, PARSS, and PAIU. Our purpose is to build support and political will to implement a new basic education funding formula that is sustainable, predictable, adequate and equitable.
