In addition, it provided an audit trail for the calculation to facilitate a review process and improved the accuracy of the estimates by 75%. - Led an initiative to build a zero-base LOE budget model by GL account. This was the first time a by-account LOE budget had been prepared for the company and established the basis for setting up future monthly LOE forecasts. - Set up a collaborative process that enabled budget holders to be held accountable for their LOE costs through a series of monthly meetings that improved their understanding of their cost drivers and provided a forum for the presentation of their monthly forecasts.
