I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to work with Patricia in several capacities at YP/DexYP, including most recently as her direct manager. In Patricia’s current role as an Operations Manager, she has responsibility for managing a team of Integrated Media Producers. The team’s portfolio includes our business’s most profitable advertising products, including Search/SEO, Display Ads, Multi-media products, and Premium Websites. She has played a key role in the team’s success, leveraging her operations experience and knowledge of systems and advertising products. In addition to the day-to-day management of the team, she has assisted with developing new processes and process enhancements that have resulted in cost savings for our business, as well as improving customer retention. Under her leadership, we have also seen marked improvement in year-over-year Net Promoter Scores (NPS), a standard benchmark for measuring customer satisfaction. Among her strengths in this capacity, she has excelled at cultivating talent within the team and keeping her direct reports motivated and focused during organizational restructuring and uncertainty. When our company was recently acquired, she played a pivotal role in assisting with the transition of work from one Operations center to another, and supported training efforts and other critical transitional activities. Prior to managing the Integrated Media Producer team, I had the opportunity to work with Patricia within our Order Validation and Quality Control team. As her Senior Manager, I watched her professional development and was impressed by her willingness to learn and constantly improve. In this capacity, she was responsible for the validation of orders, which often included direct contact with Sales and other internal partners. Additionally, she was responsible for ensuring quality of our products, which she managed with the highest degree of dedication.
