I had the pleasure of working with Patricia for 3.5 years when she managed Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility for DNV region South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Patricia is a fantastic colleague to work with: very structured in approach; keen eye for detail, savvy with systems, pleasant as a team member. She accomplished a lot in that period and leaves a legacy for the region. Unfortunately her role moved overseas and we could not offer a challenging position to her. She will be missed by the team and myself and I would congratulate any employer who offers Patricia a job in line with her career aspiration, C&B or other areas of HR expertise. I feel privileged to have Patricia in my network!

Patricia joined Hotelbeds as the person responsible for the HR agenda for Korea, Japan, Middle East and Australia countries. From a shared services background to take on the role of a full fledge HR generalist, the learning curve was extremely steep but Patricia overcame the hurdles fabulously with determination and resilience. She set out to know the businesses and stakeholders, approached issues with humility and a huge dose of common sense, always bringing practical solutions to any problems. It was a privilege to be part of her career development. She has my highest recommendation.
