Land Project Manager responsibilities include all aspects of land development. Management of construction projects in accordance with feasibility budget and schedule within division guidelines. Review of design drawings such as civil plans, landscape plans for permitting, constructability and trade bidding. Manage trade bidding and overseeing contracting efforts on site. Coordination with municipalities on a regular basis for permitting, during construction for conflict resolution, and through final acceptance. Collaboration with a team of engineers, consultants, inspectors and contractors to resolve construction conflicts, design changes and ultimately final plat approval. As part of final acceptance of the project I manage the final plat process and conditions of the preliminary plat. As a CESCL I manage field efforts for storm water inspecting and compliance.

As Land Development Project Manager I oversaw the coordination of development projects, including a multi use master plan, and created a plan and schedule for team members to follow. I facilitated collaboration between government and private industry by writing and applying for state and federal grants.
