  Designed and implemented the recruitment, retention and marketing program that attracted over 250 community volunteers for the Prescott, Arizona school system as a national service volunteer with AmeriCorps/VISTA. Planned two recruitment fairs, numerous orientation programs. Program director of aquatic and therapeutic programs working with special needs population. Organized overnight wilderness camping and kayaking excursions for at-risk middle and high school students. Taught elementary students with autism. Trained in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Sea Kayak Rescue and SRA Corrective Reading. Recreational program experience includes coaching swimming, teaching water safety, canoeing and aquatic exercise classes. MANAGEMENT Responsible for seasonal management of four Vail Resorts and Glacier Park Incorporated properties. All properties surpassed expectations in customer service and employee satisfaction, while improving profitability. Assisted in the implementation of the ISO quality management system for the Grand Teton Lodge Company.
