    • Fashion Sales Specialist
      • Feb 2018 - Sep 2018

My experience with Poetry brand is one of the most enjoyable so far. The customers of the store were native women, defined by a refined and bohemian style. According to my experience in working with materials and know their compositions, it is easy for me to communicate with clients and find out their needs. The background and the study in the artistic field helped me a lot; for me it is a pleasure to match colors and volumes. Following the sales objective of the store and the target I had to meet, my sales were constantly high. In addition to a professional customer service, I had the responsibility to participate in the visual merchandising, so I had the freedom to set outfits for the shop window and participate to decoration of the display. • May 2017 - Feb 2018

My role in the store was to meet the customers with enthusiasm, to promote the image of the store and to meet the sales target. Being the main Reiss store on Oxford Street, it was crowded at all times of the day and I had to deal with all the requests. The transactions I carried out were between 1000 and 2000 pounds / day. I offered styling support and help with alteration of the garments in case they had to be modified by the tailor of the shop. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with a luxurious brand with a known history and had the opportunity to meet interesting people from all over the world. Show less

    • Fabric Testing
      • Nov 2015 - Jan 2017

Being part of a garment production department, I learned to work efficiently. My role was to be an intermediary between the client (Top Shop, Tesco, Primark, Coast, Debenhams) and the laboratories where the fabric materials were tested. Doing submissions for the laboratory depending on the specificity of each client (depending on the material I had to decide which tests to apply) and following the results we established the wash-care (label with washing instructions) according to each garment. This taught me to analyze each particular case and decide the best solution. The test results are uploaded to online platforms, where together with the technologist of each client we approve whether the material can be delivered or the material supplier must improve the fabric until all tests (color, strength and chemical) have passed. In the last two months I have had all responsibility for customer Debenhams. I had the final decision over the delivery of bulk fabric. This role gave me the opportunity to learn something new daily and adapt to unforeseen situations. Show less

      • Mar 2012 - Nov 2015

As an assistant in a fashion design department I had the opportunity to correspond with fabric suppliers from around the world (Far East and Europe). Asking for fabric samples and updating prices for each one. My main role was to set out a costing sheet for each garment (this included the description of the material, the price and the consumption according to the pattern). I developed materials / prints together with the supplier, according to trends. I also photographed all the garments from the collections. The company's main customers were H&M, Dorothy Perkins and Colveta. This was my first job that gave me the opportunity to understand how a lohn business works and how important communication between all departments of a company is. Show less
