  Key Responsibilities and results: • Developed all procedures and policies for new national cooperative of independent packaging manufacturers in sales, customer service, estimating, accounting and system processes. Reduced lead times, increased profitability and expanding the overall level of business. • Salvaged a major lost account by taking on client management and assuming responsibility for managing multiple packaging manufacturers and utilizing old inventory to decrease losses. Helped customer eliminate sku’s to reduce inventory and improved prices on larger quantities while increasing profitability of customer by 10% and revenues by 25%. • Assisted and conducted plant and distribution site audits for a major food manufacturer and a leading flooring company to improve packaging line processes and decrease damaged product throughout the entire distribution system. • Secure vendors in all regions of the country to produce packaging for our end users.
