On an organization chart, Pat reported to me. In truth, we were teammates striving to deliver the owners objectives while meeting the needs of our other stakeholders – our employees and communities. Pat checks all the traditional HR leader boxes: knowledge, integrity, strength, empathy, intelligence, and discretion. She would have exceeded expectations at that – but she was not satisfied. She recognized opportunity to provide higher service levels from our outside healthcare TPA and our retirement advisors – and spearheaded successful initiatives to replace both - exceeding expectations.

I have known Patricia for almost 4 years, and she is an exceptional leader in the Human Resource field. I have always looked up to Patricia as a mentor in the industry and relied on her advice countless times throughout my career. I have learned a great deal from her and it helped me make the jump from staffing into the corporate HR field. Patricia strikes the perfect balance between protecting both the interests of the workforce as well as WPI's position in the marketplace. She is a true professional and I am grateful to have had the pleasure to working with her regularly throughout my time at Aerotek. Lastly, the quality I value most about her is the ability to see both the short and long term outcomes when making important decisions effecting the workforce or business.
