  I am a residential real estate specialist, and I love helping my friends and clients find their new homes. My office is located in Clermont, Florida, but I happily work throughout the Central Florida region. As a 56-year resident of the area, and a member of West Orange High School's first graduating class, I am comfortable working throughout Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Polk and Sumter counties, as well as my home county of Lake. I pride myself in providing the best possible service to both buyers and sellers. For sellers, I create both digital and print marketing materials, hold open houses, present my listings through e-mails and in person to both my large office of Realtors and to Realtors Associations meetings which include agents from other companies. I update sellers at least weekly on progress in selling their homes, and I excel at helping buyers understand what they need to do to their homes to sell quickly. For buyers, I spend time making sure I understand just what they're looking for, not settling for only finding out their price range and size of home. I realize that school districts, type of layout, neighborhood, and nearby amenities play heavily into a buyer's preferences.
