To enhance and engage each consumer with life activities, we do range of motion according to Individual Support Plan. Gross motor skills used within in our programming also sometimes using hand over hand coordination. Leisure time in which we will plan out a day of crafts or even some cognitive activity to enhance our consumers lives. I hygiene each individual in a private environment with using lifts or pivot transfers. I am Certified through the State of Ohio for Developmental Disabilities.
